Discovering TQ: Starting in 1992

Dawn Hoey first started at TQ in 1992 when she secured the role of Office Administrator. Starting in the Weighbridge, she transitioned through various office responsibilities, handling wages, invoices, and playing a crucial role in training initiatives as the company expanded. Now, Dawn’s daily routine includes a diverse range of tasks and she serves as the go-to person for queries. The variety in her role keeps her engaged and fulfilled.

The team’s collaborative spirit creates a positive environment, and with the long history of the company offering job security, the office being just a 10-minute commute from home is an added bonus.

Dawn particularly enjoys collaborative projects, such as the development of the concrete department and the design of the current reception at RWM House. The project-by-project variety adds to her job satisfaction.
