We’re delighted to spotlight Kelsey Campbell, whose journey from the Tulliallan Front Office to Credit Control showcases her dedication, adaptability, and drive to continually succeed in strengthening her career and operational excellence within TQ.

A Strong Start at Tulliallan Front Office 

Kelsey began her career at Tulliallan Front Office in 2021, where she quickly immersed herself in the day-to-day operations and developed a solid foundation of industry knowledge. During this time, she achieved her SVQ in Weighbridge Operations and later completed a three-day internal auditing course, both of which strengthened her understanding of processes, systems, and customer interaction. 

These early accomplishments not only demonstrated her eagerness to learn but also helped prepare her for future opportunities within the company. 

A Seamless Transition to Credit Control 

When the opportunity arose to move into the Credit Control team, Kelsey embraced the challenge with optimism and determination. 

In her own words: 

“Moving from Tulliallan Front Office to Credit Control was a big achievement for me, and a challenge I was eager to grasp. I learned so much in my time in the front office and jumped at the chance to complete the qualifications offered for me to progress. The skills and the relationships I gained early in my TQ career, encouraged me to make the move with confidence. The support from my colleagues has been invaluable, and I take pride in offering the same support to the team and customers.” 

Kelsey’s ability to adapt to a new department, one that plays a crucial role in our financial operations, is a testament to her strong work ethic and willingness to develop new skills.
