Tillicoultry Quarries is a successful and fast-growing family-owned quarrying company and major supplier of aggregates, asphalt, ready-mixed concrete, mortar, render and sports sand to the building and road construction industry. We operate in over 31 sites throughout Central Scotland, the North East of England and East Anglia.
Due to our continued success and rapid growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator based at our Head Office – RWM House. The successful candidates should be customer focused, reliable, well organised and be able to work well as part of a team in a busy site environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the management of the group heavy earth moving plant fleet;
- Manage and co-ordinate the safe and efficient operation of transport services for all Cars, Vans and Pick-Ups within the business;
- Upkeep of heavy plant and transport database, records and systems;
- Accurate recording of heavy plant and vehicle movements, fuel use, and other relevant data;
- Maintain internal systems for monitoring vehicles;
- Co-ordinate and schedule repairs and servicing;
- Assist with Vehicle Management – reports and handovers, ensuring compliance;
- Filing and general administration, maintaining all paper and digital files.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Previous experience in an administration support role;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
- Ability to work in a busy office environment;
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently when required;
- Solid IT skills including the use of the MS Office suite;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills;
- A flexible approach to working hours in line with the needs of the business;
- Experience working within a Transport function is desirable but not essential.
