Fair Recruitment Processes
Ensuring equal opportunities begins with fair and transparent recruitment processes. At TQ, we evaluate all applicants based on their skills, qualifications, merit and character over gender, identity or beliefs. We provide regular training to managers to ensure fair recruitment practices are always adopted in recruiting and retaining top talent.

Retaining, and Developing Female Talent 
We remain committed to taking meaningful action—ensuring that gender is never a limitation and that all individuals, regardless of background, have the support, encouragement, and opportunities they need to succeed.
